User Agreement for 365 platform

This agreement ("Agreement") is between 365 ("the Company") and you ("the User") regarding the use of the Company's website/applications ("the Application"). By accessing or using the Applications, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  
• If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Use of the Application

• This Application is intended for personal use only and not for commercial use.  
• Use of the Application for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations is prohibited. 
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account or making a purchase through the Application. 
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the Application are owned by the Company.  
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any content of the Application is prohibited without prior written consent from the Company.

4. Privacy

• The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with its privacy policy available at Learn more.
• By using the Application, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.  
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and for any consequences arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Application.  
• The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the content available on the Application. 
• The user/service provider (transportation, delivery, etc.) acknowledges that he is independent and not an employee of the company. He is responsible for his own actions and for all taxes and insurances as required by law. 
• The user /service provider (transportation, delivery, etc.) bears full responsibility for the safety of the goods they transport and the passengers he carries, including full responsibility for any losses or damages that may occur. 
• The user/service provider (transportation, delivery, etc.) acknowledges that he possesses all necessary licenses and permits to provide the services and commits to immediately notifying the company if he becomes unfit for use or if he solds to another person.​

6. Modifications

• The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting on the Application.

7. Termination

• The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in Mauritania and shall be interpreted accordingly.
